Time for a change in the SR

Hello, friends. I love my sunroom, but I get bored, and like to change it up from time to time.

Since it's now late Spring, I decided it was once again, time for a change.

My tablescape was yellow, white and green, so I decided to do the sunroom in those colors.

I love the yellow walls. I think they are pretty neutral, and go with just about any color scheme I want.





From the pretty pinks for Spring...............

Green & Yellow Tablescape

Today, let's have a simple breakfast in the sunroom.

My inspiration came from this cute, yellow and white flower pot I found yesterday at a local store.
"Little Acre". They have the cutest stuff. I plan to do a post on it soon.


I used some of my old favorites, including my yellow and green juice glasses, that I love.



This is how it looked at first, but I thought it needed some more green, so I added some of my green bowls.


I think that helped, along with the matching cream pitcher.

The Red Headed WoodPESTER

I have a PEST in my backyard feeder area. More about him later.................





This is the RED verbena plant I bought today. I love verbena (especially when it's red)



I hung it up under my umbrella in the back using a long "S" hook.



This is strange, but my mum from the fall decided it wanted to bloom, so I have been nuturing it, too.
See all those blooms ready to burst out?


Now, back to the woodpecker. Can you find him? He's in the pine tree.


He's on the trunk on the right side about middle of the picture.  He's watching me watch him. :)



At first, I was thrilled to see a woodpecker in my yard. But then, he started standing guard, and running off all the other birds.  But that's not the worst.




The worst part is that he PECKS on my metal gutter. The first time I heard it, I didn't know what in the world could be making that noise, but it was him.
After looking it up on the net, I found that he may be doing it to attract a mate. But I don't want him damaging my gutter. Also, did you know that they are on the endangered list?

Here is a house I have always loved. I don't know if it has always been yellow, but I love it this color.

Cute Blue House

 Hello, friends. Today I wanted to show you a BLUE  house I photographed because I thought it was cute.

 Attached garage. Don't you just know it's so cute and cozy inside?

This side shows the sunroom. I see her artificial plant has turned "blue". I guess the sun does that, but why "Blue"?

A Little Pink to Share

I wanted to share a picture of one of the pink roses growing in the yard. They smell soooo good.




Next, I fell in love with this "vintage looking" card at Walmart.

Isn't it sweet?

All the girls are carrying baskets of pink flowers.

Here's the note on the back of the card. So it was originally from 1932.

I’m Back with Reds

Hello, everyone. Today, I bought some beautiful RED geraniums for my front door area.



See all those pretty buds? I just hope I don't kill the plant before they have a chance to bloom. :)

I am proud to say, it is TOTALLY clean from top to bottom. (Great feeling)
