A Cool Afternoon Snack

Whew! It's hot! Time to cool off. Table is set in the kitchen.

My inspiration was this recent vintage tablecloth find.



These lemon plates were at Walmart. We are having finger sandwiches,

apple slices............

fresh blueberries, and

A big ole pitcher of ice cold lemonade.

I love this pitcher from Walmart. EVERYTHING just looks so good in it.

Flowers are in my "Cream" jug, and the glasses were a flea market find.

A Clever Idea

I came across this arbor, and thought it was a great idea.

The arbor is made from two old doors. What a great way to recycle! And I can think of several different ways to use this idea.

I was very lucky to find this beautiful blue quilt on Ebay. It's in wonderful shape for its age.

It took this person almost three years to complete it.
