I'm joining Susan's Met Monday at
Between Naps on the Porch. Join the party for more great mets!
Here's the before of my cherub lamp I found recently at the flea market for under $16. The lampshade was dirty, but in great shape, and the cherub was gold, which I changed.
I spray painted the lamp white and scrubbed the shade with a toothbrush and a tiny bit of soap.
Here's how it turned out. My first spray paint job. And here it is on my table.
Thanks for visiting me!

Your cherub lamp is so pretty, D, especially after you painted it. And I love your tea/coffee set. See you on Saturday!....Christine
D, this little lamp was truly transformed by your paint job! It looks wonderful!
I love the shot of your DGD, Peyton, too, in the earlier post. She looks to be about the same age as my Sweet Caroline. :-) Isn't being a grandmother just the best job in the whole world?

Great Lamp! I like it goldy and I like it white. Smart idea for cleaning the shade with a tootbrush!
Congrats on your first spray painting project! Watch out... I hear that spray painting is addictive!
Thanks for your prayers.
