Red! Red! I love it!

It's Rednesday over at Sue's "It's A Very Cherry World" Lots of beautiful reds over there.

I changed the chair covers from black and white to red and white getting ready for the Christmas decorating.

We still have Fall colors down here. See those red berries? I'll be using them soon to decorate with.

These were a very thrifty find at the thrift store. Of course, I love the color. :)
Work on the mantel should start soon.

I'm very proud of my new red tea kettle. I had to fight for it on Ebay. :)

I'm looking for a braided rug (with red in it, of course) to go under my kitchen table.
Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Rednesday. Thanks, Sue for hosting.

So glad you won the fight over that teapot, because it's a real cutie! And don't tell me you made those slipcovers? If you did, you did an amazing job! That's something that I would love to know how to do, because it's a pretty cheap way to change the whole look of your decor. They look fantastic!
Happy REDnesday!

Those red chair covers are wonderful! I love how you just change them with slip covers. I never do that. I'm a dud...

I also love all of your reds in the kitchen next to that yellow wall. Hope you find the perfect braided rug.

Sue,
The lovely red is surely to make a hit for the Holiday season. Speaking of . .. that red & white tea pot is exactly like the one I bought for my Mother for Christmas in 1973! I purchased Mom's at a local drug store in Fort Scott, Kansas for $9.99! Thank you for the rememberance!
Fondly,
pat
