Mellow Yellowing Today

Hello, Bloggy Friends. I have a few yellow things I'm posting for "Mellow Yellow Monday" today.

Here's a shot of a pretty butterfly I captured recently. Isn't she pretty?

I was thrilled to find these corn pitchers recently at an antique shop in Tennessee. The bigger one is a "Shawnee" original, but the little one says "Shawnee Reproduction, China". I can't tell the difference. Can you. I plan to use these in the fall. :)

On our recent trip to the mountains, the Black-eyed Susan's were everywhere in bloom. Here's a shot I took of some of them growing around our cabin.

Thanks for stopping by and joining me for Mellow Yellow Monday.

Hi D! Oh, what gorgeous blooms and I love the little 'corn' pieces you've found. My aunt used to have so much of this and I remember as a little girl going over to eat at her house and thinking how grand it was for her to use her 'corn' dishes!:)
Thanks for popping in to see me.
be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Beautiful shot of the butterfly! I live for these types of things in my garden. I had to smile when I saw your corn pieces. I have a post started sharing mine! It was getting long and rambling, so I saved and never went back to it! You've inspired to get back at it! I can't tell the difference...they both are very nice! Cute having the two sizes!

What a nice selection of yellows, I especially like the butterfly. I've been browsing your site (my first time here) and I like your 4th of July tablescape!
