Capturing the Sunlight

Hello, friends. Today, I want to share pictures where I've captured the wonderful sunlight.
When I was looking for a new house, one of the things I HAD to have was bright and sunny.
Sunshine just makes me happy. Here's a picture of the morning light in my master bedroom.

Morning sunlight is some of the best, I think.

It has a much softer glow than the later, afternoon sunshine.

I like to capture the sunlight on my dining room table.

Here's the noonday sun on my purple pansies.

My other pansies.

Sunshine on my bluebird house (which has not suceeded in attracting any residents)

This cute, little wagon planter is in my sunroom.

More morning sun. I have South, East and Western exposure here.

Another shot of the sunroom. (I have big plans for this room)

Ah! My favorite. Sunshine on pretty little girls' hair. :)
(Peyton and Jamie enjoying the sunshine)

Thanks for stopping by to visit me!

Your whole home is lovely, and the soft colors that you've used to decorate are just wonderful! It sounds like there is a makeover in the works for your sunroom. I can't wait to see what kind of magic you work in there!

Beautiful, beautiful home. I agree, Sunlight is so important. And it makes everything look so beautiful when the light streams through the window.
Your home is so beautifully decorated! Please do more posts where you show off your lovely home!

I just adore the soft greens in your home, D. They always look so inviting! I had not realized you had such wonderfully sunny windows. I agree with NEEDING to see it & as a result, I have no drapes or curtains in the living/dining/sunroom/kitchen area of our home. After being in FL for almost 10 yrs. I didn't want to block out one inch of Ohio's sun.
The shot of the girl's hair is the best! :-)

Reminds me of the words of John Denver "Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy" -- thanks for your very sweet visit -- always nice to meet another pewter lover!
