Thanksgiving is almost over, and the Christmas rush can officially begin.
Are you ready? I am!

One of the bloggers posted it several months ago. It's lots of fun.
(Sorry, I don't remember who posted it, so I can't give you credit)

I'm looking forward to sharing another

More Reds

I just gost back from a weekend trip to Fairhope,AL with some friends, and we found lots of bargains.
For all you Mary Engelbrett girls, I found these cute teapot napkin rings.
.

$7 for four. I think that was an OK price.

Aren't they cute?

. I found this red Christmas scarf. It's long, and will be great for my sofa table.

I love these Christmas napkins. They look like they have never been used.

Yep, I'll be using all these new found goodies soon. :)

This snowman light came from Old Time Pottery.

\
We HAD to take our pictures by this sign. He He He!

I got these six napkins, the little box and the fruit for $3.00 at the Salvation Army Store.

I wanted to show you my "rainbow" tree. Taken this morning. I think it turned over night.

Thanks for stopping by Bloggy Friends. I'm linking up to these parties today.
I'm so glad we have such sweet girls to host these parties for us. Check out each one for more great pictures.

Red! Red! I love it!

It's Rednesday over at Sue's "It's A Very Cherry World" Lots of beautiful reds over there.

I changed the chair covers from black and white to red and white getting ready for the Christmas decorating.

We still have Fall colors down here. See those red berries? I'll be using them soon to decorate with.

These were a very thrifty find at the thrift store. Of course, I love the color. :)
Work on the mantel should start soon.

I'm very proud of my new red tea kettle. I had to fight for it on Ebay. :)

I'm looking for a braided rug (with red in it, of course) to go under my kitchen table.
Thanks for stopping by, and Happy Rednesday. Thanks, Sue for hosting.

New Reds for the House

It's Rednesday over at Sue's "It's A Very Cherry World". Hooray for Rednesday!

Here are my new curtains for the "red" bedroom. I love them because they are a "pure" red and have a "pure" white background.
See the doll house? I have a few new "reds" for it, too. Let's look inside.

Here's one of the new residents of the dollhouse (see her red bow?) :) :)

The kitchen has quite a few new reds. It's coming along nicely, but still have lots of work to do.

Material for the sun room curtains.

Red bird is a recent find.

Love this Snowman pillow. He came from Hobby Lobby. I know it's early, but I just wanted to see how he'd look.
